As a kid, I must say, kids like me are very picky about foods to eat, especially about veggies. My 2 top tips for parents are: 1. They will NOT eat it if it is not cute/fun looking. For kids, it is all about presentation. 2. Hide the healthy. I make smoothies with spinach in them and you cannot tell.
